Mijn verhaal \u2014 op weg naar Holistisch therapeut Hilversum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n

I am Caroline Jacobs<\/a>, Holistisch therapeut Hilversum \u2014 en ik weet hoe het is om jezelf kwijt te raken. Na jarenlang te hebben gewerkt in de commerci\u00eble en non-profitsector, was ik goed geworden in het negeren van mijn lichaam \u2013 dat allang signalen gaf dat het anders moest.
Eventually, this led to a burnout, and shortly afterwards to the diagnosis of colon cancer. It became quiet. Everything came to a standstill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During that period I started to listen again: to my body, to my intuition, to my truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I followed courses in body-oriented work, energetic therapy and consciousness development, and learned to live more and more from connection. Slowly I found myself again \u2013 layer by layer, breath by breath, step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am Caroline Jacobs<\/strong>, Holistisch therapeut Hilversum, Reiki Master en Energetisch masseur. En ik weet hoe het is om jezelf kwijt te raken.
I also know what it's like to find yourself again \u2013 and that's exactly what I'm helping others with now. It is precisely these experiences that form the basis of my mission and my way of working at Holy-You<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

My working method is gentle, attentive and tailored to who you are.
I support you in finding peace, clarity and connection \u2013 with yourself, your body and your life. In doing so, I look beyond just the complaint or the moment: I see the person as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you are overloaded, struggling with tension or grief, or just longing for more space and balance \u2013 I am here to unburden
As a holistic therapist in Hilversum, I see the human being as a whole \u2014 physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also like to work with people who take care of themselves: healthcare professionals, informal caregivers, parents or people who carry a lot of responsibility at work. Sometimes it's enough if someone carries you for a while . jou<\/strong> draagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My mission is simple:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
