A new beginning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A new beginning. After my practical exam and graduation, silence followed. Not because there was nothing, but precisely because everything started moving \u2013 and was allowed to land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took my time<\/em>. To land, to listen, to feel. To myself, my body, my heart.
We are always evolving, but now it was time to integrate.
And I realized: I'm actually very proud of myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back to the beginning,<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ten years ago I came back from England. In the Netherlands, I had to start all over again with my youngest. Processing, surviving, working and caring \u2013 there was no time to land. I was always proud of the fact that I put my shoulders to the wheel. And for years I filled in my life in the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only now do I see<\/em>: that was not always the right way. That's why I consciously chose to allow silence this time. To stay with myself, to slow down, and to let everything land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that is precisely why all kinds of things came loose. Old emotions that I had hidden away started to show themselves. It didn't flow for a while \u2013 and that made landing difficult. But that was also part of it. To eventually end up on the other side again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

“Rest is not a standstill. It is the bed in which everything begins to flow.<\/a>“<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think you can start over every day \u2013 if you need to. A new beginning, a fresh start, as I feel now. After the silence it started to itch again. And there are so many personal reasons to start over. It is something that is part of life, just like the cycles of the seasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new chapter, a new beginning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The past few weeks I have been working behind the scenes on plans. I gained new insights and made room for what really wants to arise. It feels like I'm at the beginning of a new chapter \u2013 Maybe even a whole new book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that is why I would like to introduce myself to you (again).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am Caroline<\/a>.
Holistic therapist, bodyworker and space keeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work with what presents itself \u2013 with gentleness, attention and deep presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do I do what I do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Because I believe that everyone deserves to feel at home in themselves.
To land in your body, to be able to feel your emotions, and from there to live in connection again. A new beginning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
