Mijn verhaal — op weg naar Holistisch therapeut Hilversum
I am Caroline Jacobs, Holistisch therapeut Hilversum — en ik weet hoe het is om jezelf kwijt te raken. Na jarenlang te hebben gewerkt in de commerciële en non-profitsector, was ik goed geworden in het negeren van mijn lichaam – dat allang signalen gaf dat het anders moest.
Eventually, this led to a burnout, and shortly afterwards to the diagnosis of colon cancer. It became quiet. Everything came to a standstill.
During that period I started to listen again: to my body, to my intuition, to my truth.
I followed courses in body-oriented work, energetic therapy and consciousness development, and learned to live more and more from connection. Slowly I found myself again – layer by layer, breath by breath, step by step.
I am Caroline Jacobs, Holistisch therapeut Hilversum, Reiki Master en Energetisch masseur. En ik weet hoe het is om jezelf kwijt te raken.
I also know what it's like to find yourself again – and that's exactly what I'm helping others with now. It is precisely these experiences that form the basis of my mission and my way of working at Holy-You.
My Mission
My working method is gentle, attentive and tailored to who you are.
I support you in finding peace, clarity and connection – with yourself, your body and your life. In doing so, I look beyond just the complaint or the moment: I see the person as a whole.
Whether you are overloaded, struggling with tension or grief, or just longing for more space and balance – I am here to unburden
As a holistic therapist in Hilversum, I see the human being as a whole — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
I also like to work with people who take care of themselves: healthcare professionals, informal caregivers, parents or people who carry a lot of responsibility at work. Sometimes it's enough if someone carries you for a while . jou draagt.
My mission is simple:
